Assist in preparing and editing training videos, including trimming and basic effects.
Support LMS maintenance: update courses, track completions, report.
Maintain onboarding content; ensure accuracy and collect feedback.
Assist presenters with logistics and content for in-person and on-demand sessions.
Analyze training effectiveness by collecting feedback and performance data.
Maintain the training calendar and act as master scheduler for company-wide programs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (education, organizational development, HR, etc.).
1-2 years in development training programs or instructional design.
Basic instructional design with e-Learning exposure.
Familiarity with program coordination.
Foundational project coordination; willingness to learn program management.
Strong written and verbal communication.
