Learning Content Designer

📋 Description

• Analyze role-specific learner needs and tasks to craft measurable learning objectives
• Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop new or update
• Collaborate with multimedia teams to create or modify media assets incorporated in learning
• Proactively manage the content development process including milestones, risks, review cycles
• Manage and monitor deliverables throughout the implementation, translation, and launch process
• Evaluate learning content using qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ yrs. relevant professional experience
• Ability to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical content
• Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments
• Delivery of training in a professional or classroom setting
• Demonstrated application of adult learning theory, analysis tools and process, evaluation tools and
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
