📋 Description

• Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real
• Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Lead the design and development of leadership capability programs for front-line, mid-level, and
• Create learning experiences that help people use AI thoughtfully and effectively, with an emphasis
• Develop reusable frameworks, practices, measurement approaches, and resources that strengthen
• Build evaluation into each solution, use learner and stakeholder feedback to improve programs, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and
• Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on
• Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and
• Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions, along with the ability to
• Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE, Design Thinking, backward design
• Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills
