🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, startup or high-growth.
  • Cross-country experience building and managing L&D functions.
  • Experience implementing and managing Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience designing and delivering training across functions.
  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
