📋 Description

• Own scoping of full training-to-evaluation solutions.
• Conduct needs analysis to define outcomes.
• Support leaders, coaches, and HRBPs with frameworks to evaluate performance.
• Work with stakeholders to design learning experiences.
• Develop and produce learning, enablement, and skills tools.
• Launch, execute, and manage scoped programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in instructional design.
• 3-5 years executing and running training programs.
• Fluency with AI technologies to create, manage, and evaluate solutions.
• Experience with learning tech: Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond.
• Excellent project management and consulting skills.
