📋 Description

• Coordinating Faculty's end-to-end onboarding programme for all new joiners, managing schedules
• Managing day-to-day administration of our Learning Experience Platform (Sana), including content
• Supporting the Faculty-wide learning calendar and workshop logistics, handling invitations
• Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts to update learning content, maintain brand standards, and
• Utilising cutting-edge AI tools to increase efficiency across content creation, communication
• Generating regular LXP analytical dashboards and insight summaries to track engagement, compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in L&D, HR operations, events, or programme coordination, with a strong foundation
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, easily balancing multiple priorities in a
• Digital confidence and a strong tech aptitude, ideally with exposure to LXPs/LMSs (such as Sana) or
• Articulate communicator who builds clear, effective relationships with learners, internal experts
• Innovative mindset, proactively exploring AI and digital tools to streamline manual processes and
• Thrives on taking ownership and bringing an adaptable, solutions-focused approach to high-touch
