📋 Description

• Own DNA Week onboarding journey for new hires
• Drive intern community and events with TA intern
• Own Learning Analytics: track courses and dashboards
• Develop educational content for 700+ employees
• Think critically and iterate using feedback
• Create and maintain L&D documentation and tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship
• Academic background in Educational Sciences, Organisational Psychology, HRM, Instructional Psychology, or related field
• Data literate; comfortable with Google Sheets and reporting
• Proficient with Google Slides for presentations
• People-first communicator; able to connect with diverse backgrounds
• Agile learner; proactive, organized and open to feedback
