Learning & Development Lead

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding, upskilling, certification, and continuous learning globally.
• Own governance frameworks, certifications, readiness programs, and pathways.
• Align learning with business objectives, KPIs, quality and CX goals.
• Lead and develop a team of L&D specialists and trainers.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Instructional Design teams to create engaging learning content.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6 years in Learning & Development, training, or similar ops.
• 1–2 years managing Trainers or L&D teams.
• Experience supporting gaming ops or gaming clients (preferred).
• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, onboarding, evaluation.
• Experience developing learning strategies, governance, scalable training.
• Familiarity with LMS, MS Office, SharePoint, and knowledge platforms.
