📋 Description

• Build Wing’s centralized training blueprint, strategy, and systems.
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven learning tools and knowledge systems.
• Architect core learning pillars tied to key business goals.
• Partner with leaders to align learning with metrics and regulations.
• Facilitate Winglets training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Start as an individual contributor, then grow a small team.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in instructional design or corporate learning.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong instructional design theories and learning psychology background.
• Experience applying AI in learning workflows.
• Link learning to core business metrics (not vanity metrics).
• Start as IC and build a new function; strategic maturity.
