📋 Description

• Manage and optimize learning tech platforms (LMS, digital tools)
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver AI-powered learning experiences
• Support system admin tasks: configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Identify opportunities to automate learning ops and workflows
• Track learning KPIs, build dashboards, and drive program impact
• Design engaging, adult-focused learning experiences at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, ops, HR, or related field
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, CS, or IT
• Hands-on experience with LMS and digital learning platforms
• Experience building AI-powered learning solutions
• Familiarity with Tangelo, LinkedIn Learning, Workday
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decisions
