📋 Description

• Build a safety-first culture across sites
• Lead safety training and site walk-throughs
• Reinforce safe behaviors at all levels
• Design and improve onboarding at your home FC
• Develop and maintain training programs and SOPs
• Travel within your region at least 25% to deliver this work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading frontline teams
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment or distribution; ecommerce preferred
• Proven track record building safety-first cultures
• Hands-on training program and onboarding design experience
• Ability to document SOPs and training materials clearly
• Willingness to travel 25% within region
