📋 Description

• Make Safety the Standard: lead safety culture across home and regional sites.
• Own Onboarding Quality: design and improve onboarding so new hires succeed.
• Build and Maintain the Training Library: develop SOPs and materials.
• Drive regional compliance: audit training; travel 25% for in-person delivery.
• Build a culture that retains people: retention programs tied to onboarding.
• Connect learning to operations: partner with site leaders to close gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-volume fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce preferred.
• 3+ years in a leadership role developing frontline associates and supervisors.
• Proven track record building safety-first cultures.
• Hands-on experience building training programs, onboarding, or learning initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to improve retention and engagement in fast-paced warehouses.
• Experience across multiple sites or functions; ability to build trust quickly.
