• Make safety the standard at home FCs; lead safety training.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a leadership role developing frontline associates.
• Experience in high-volume fulfillment, distribution, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record building safety-first cultures.
• Hands-on experience building training programs and onboarding.
• Document complex processes into clear SOPs and training materials.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% within region.
