Learning & Development Program Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the department learning committees to assess and identify learning needs within
• Develop, implement, and manage professional development learning programs tailored to the specific
• Coordinate and manage all logistics related to training sessions, including scheduling, materials
• Facilitate and/or moderate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and
• Work with department training committees to redesign and manage onboarding programs
• Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure all training programs meet Continuing Professional

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on program management and
• Experience in Professional Services is highly desirable
• Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
