📋 Description

• Coordinate multiple Performance and Learning & Development initiatives from planning through
• Provide hands-on logistical and operational support for live, virtual, and hybrid programs
• Create repeatable processes, templates, trackers, and resources that improve quality, reduce
• Help lead the planning and delivery of new-hire orientation and onboarding, creating a welcoming
• Coordinate onboarding logistics across new hire profiles and offices, partnering with Talent
• Maintain and improve onboarding and learning content, resources, facilitator materials, and program

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in talent, learning and development, HR, program
• A highly proactive, resourceful, and energetic working style—you see what needs to be done, take
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and the
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to tailor messages for
• Confidence working with data, spreadsheets, surveys, and reporting, along with the ability to turn
• Strong relationship-management and customer-service skills, with a collaborative, low-ego approach
