  • Analyze stakeholder needs and set learning goals via TNA

  • Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions for learning initiatives

🎯 Requirements

  • English - B2 - Required
  • Experience with conducting Needs analysis and impact assessment (TNA) - Required
  • Prior experience in creating microlearning materials - Required
  • Proficiency in content authoring tools (MSO/ACC, Articulate 360, Rise 360) - Required
  • Proficient in video/audio editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc) - Required
  • Experience with ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy and UX-focused instructional design - Required
