📋 Description

• Design Vehicle Operations learning programs that build role-specific skills, knowledge, and
• Partner with Vehicle Operations leaders, engineers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to identify
• Design engaging, hands-on learning experiences using a blend of instructor-led training
• Apply learning science and performance-based design to create learning journeys that drive
• Leverage AI and emerging learning technologies to accelerate content development, personalize
• Build and maintain high-quality learning content and curricula, ensuring technical accuracy and

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, or
• Strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, needs analysis, and learning assessment.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline/Rise or similar learning-authoring tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and operational requirements into
• Experience developing training across multiple formats, including in-LMS, e-learning
• Strong project management and execution skills, with a proactive, self-directed approach.
