Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Design onboarding, product adoption, certifications, workshops, and self-paced learning.
• Work with product managers and SMEs to extract expertise into structured learning.
• Guide AI to generate first drafts of lessons, labs, quizzes, and assessments.
• Create prompting frameworks and reusable templates that improve AI-generated content quality.
• Review and refine AI-generated learning for technical accuracy and learner impact.
• Define learning standards, instructional patterns, and quality guidelines across DevRevU.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years in instructional design, curriculum development, or customer education.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT.
• Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear learning journeys.
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, product managers, and customer-facing teams.
