Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement
• Apply instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance consulting
• Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design through
• Conduct learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into effective learning
• Serve as an internal consultant by identifying performance gaps and recommending learning and
• Develop measurement and evaluation plans that assess learning effectiveness and business impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social
• 7–10 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions, ideally including experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
