Learning Experience Designer

📋 Description

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create impactful learning
• Own defined projects and contribute to larger ones across the development lifecycle.
• Support learning needs analyses and help translate business requirements into effective learning
• Partner with senior team members as an internal consultant to identify performance gaps and
• Contribute to measurement and evaluation plans that assess learning effectiveness and business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions is required.
• Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Experience or demonstrated ability collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is
