🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in secondary ELA curriculum design or instructional design.
• ELA Expertise: Strong knowledge of CCSS and state standards.
• Content Skills: Excellent English writing and editing; polished instructional content.
• Judgment & Detail: Sound editorial decisions with strong attention to quality.
• Accountability: Ownership mindset and high standards.
• AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content development.
• Ways of Working: Organized, with clear communication across teams.
