📋 Description

• Lead design and development of comprehensive learning experiences with SMEs.
• Oversee project timelines and deliver engaging digital courses.
• Develop innovative e-learning modules and integrate new tech.
• Conduct needs assessments and apply learning theories.
• Build digital onboarding journey content to drive adoption.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and enablement programs.

🎯 Requirements

• English level B2 required; verbal and written comprehension.
• Experience with Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and impact assessment.
• Create micro-learning materials; strong content authoring skills.
• Proficiency with content authoring tools: MSO, ACC, Articulate 360.
• Video and audio production: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Vyond.
• UX-focused instructional design, adult learning theories (ADDIE, Bloom).
