Learning Experience Designer, ELA Multilingual Learning (Remote, US)

📋 Description

• Design ELD scopes and sequences for grades 9–12
• Create prototype ELA/ELD lessons and activities
• Refine AI prompts to scale content production
• Review external contributors for alignment and quality
• Ensure standards-aligned instruction for multilingual learners
• Collaborate with product and pedagogy teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or related field
• MLL/ELD specialization or certification
• 3+ years in K–12 curriculum development or instructional design
• Strong knowledge of ELD standards (CA ELD/ELPAC, WIDA, ELPS)
• Experience with multilingual learner pedagogy and ELA context
• Experience with content authoring tools or CMS
