• Develop interactive self-paced eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and other

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, learning and development, multimedia development
• At least two years of experience developing multimodal training materials for adult learners
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, with the ability to build customized
• Strong multimedia production and visual design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to apply instructional best
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to transform complex
