• Client-readiness drills: tone, notes, follow-ups, escalation.
• SOP to action: translate SOPs into step-by-step checklists.
• Quality calibration with QA: align standards on accuracy and timing.
• Professionalism and reliability: coach punctuality, updates, and expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in live training, facilitation, L&D, or coaching.
• Experience assessing trainees; bridge gaps between design and ops.
• Clear, confident communicator with an English neutral accent.
• Skilled at group management and keeping sessions engaging.
• Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific), Google Workspace, Zoom.
• Organized and reliable across time zones; fast-paced.
