📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and customize the LMS on a daily basis, identifying opportunities to improve
• Serve as a primary point of contact for LMS-related questions and technical issues, investigating
• Review system configurations, test learner experiences, and perform quality assurance checks to
• Upload, organize, configure, and maintain learning content, courses, and learning paths while
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and related access requirements accurately and securely.
• Partner with content owners and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology
• At least 3 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, technical support, or a
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience administering Docebo; 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LMS management, including content authoring, database management
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics
