• Platform Administration: manage LMS ops, users, access
• Customer & Partner Education: configure LMS for external education
• Learner Experience & Content Discovery: improve navigation and discovery
• Integrations & Automation: support Docebo integrations and automation
• Data & Reporting: build dashboards, track learner engagement
• Vendor Liaison: main Docebo contact for escalations
• Content Organisation: maintain course catalog, taxonomy, tagging
• Continuous Improvement: propose platform configuration improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Fixed-term 6 month contract
• 5+ years in customer education, L&D, or learning ops
• 2+ years Docebo administration
• Experience managing LMS for customer education, multi audience
• Strong Docebo knowledge and customization
• Learner centric mindset to surface content
• Experience with learner engagement campaigns
• Proficiency building custom reports; BI integrations
