Learning Management System Administrator

📋 Description

• Own LMS administration, optimization and governance of Docebo to support customers, partners and internal teams.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, trainers and stakeholders to maximise platform capabilities.
• Improve learner discovery, access and engagement with content.
• Support integrations and automate workflows, leveraging AI where possible.
• Build reports and dashboards to track learner engagement and platform performance.
• Liaise with Docebo for support, updates and feature requests.

🎯 Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

• 5+ years in customer education, L and D or learning ops with at least 2 years Docebo admin experience.
• Experience managing LMS for customer education with multi audience portals and external learners.
• Strong knowledge of Docebo and the ability to optimize and configure it to achieve goals.
• A learner experience mindset and ability to improve content surfacing and discovery.
• Experience setting up learner engagement campaigns including gamification features.
• Proficiency building custom reports and analytics integrations.
