Learning Media Designer (Remote - Argentina Only)

📋 Description

• Create multimedia assets for learning experiences (videos, animations, graphics)
• Partner with Technical Education Developers to translate objectives into visuals
• Use visual design principles and adult learning concepts to improve clarity
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate content production while maintaining quality
• Produce and edit video-based learning content (screen recordings, captions, voiceovers, motion)
• Develop reusable visual systems, templates, and standards across courses

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating multimedia assets for learning and software environments
• Advanced with Figma and scalable design systems
• Experience with AI-enabled workflows to improve design and production
• Strong visual design principles including typography, layout, UX
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals for learners
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to iterate
• Experience with Camtasia, Vyond, Storyline/Rise, ElevenLabs, Claude
