📋 Description

• Own learning operations and program delivery at scale.
• Design scalable workflows reducing manual effort.
• Automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, and reporting with AI-enabled workflows.
• Evaluate AI tools to improve learner support and scalability.
• Develop repeatable systems for growth with minimal admin effort.
• Support certification programs and expand certification pathways.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in learning operations, education programs, or related fields
• Experience administering LMS platforms (Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs and workflows
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven adoption and engagement focus
• Stakeholder management across Customer Education, Enablement, Success, Product, People
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environment; English fluency
