Administer Dayforce LMS, ensure system integrity, performance, and user support.
Import, organize, and maintain learning content; map to competency frameworks.
Create and assign curricula based on role, location, and business needs; automate.
Curate, publish, and maintain engaging content across learning technologies.
Serve as the primary LMS contact for issues, troubleshooting, and learner support.
Maintain learner records, certifications, and training completions; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
3-5 years of LMS administration and L&D operations.
Experience importing data and managing third-party content libraries (Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy).
Experience with learning tech like Adobe Captivate or Scribe.
Understanding of SCORM, AICC, xAPI formats.
Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office and reporting tools; Power BI a plus.
