Learning Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Administer Dayforce LMS, ensure system integrity and user support
• Import, organize, and maintain learning content; map to competencies
• Create curricula by role and location; automate assignments
• Curate, publish, and maintain learning content across tools
• Serve as primary LMS contact for issues and learner support
• Generate and distribute learning reports and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• 3-5 years LMS admin and L&D operations experience
• Experience importing data and managing third-party content (Go1, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy)
• Experience with learning tech such as Adobe Captivate or Scribe
• Understanding of SCORM/AICC/xAPI formats and data accuracy
• Strong MS Office and reporting skills; Power BI a plus
