📋 Description

• Administer Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) to maintain a scalable library.
• Manage asset libraries: ingest, organize, and version-control e-learning assets.
• Course Assembly & QA: build modular paths; QA media, tracking, and mobile.
• Ensure regulatory integrity with legal/compliance updates before release.
• Lifecycle & version management: track refreshes, update modules, archive assets.
• Track learner engagement with ALM reports; analyze performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in learning tech/operations; ALM admin exp preferred; Rise 360.
• SCORM, xAPI; HTML/CSS troubleshooting; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Data & analytics: pull learning analytics and identify trends.
• Attention to detail: QA, formatting, and compliance.
• Collaborative mindset: cross-functional communication.
• Nice-to-have: AI tooling proficiency.
