📋 Description

• Own Launchpad, our week-long office based new hire onboarding program, and be accountable for its
• Manage leadership programs, including Manager Essentials, end to end: scheduling, participant
• Facilitate workshops and learning experiences that align with Benevity’s priorities, including
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning and enablement, including eLearning modules
• Define success measures, track impact, and report results to leadership, analyzing participant
• Advise cross-functional stakeholders on the right approach to learning and enablement, recommending

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a facilitation, learning delivery, enablement, or people development
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in organizational development, adult learning
• Advanced facilitation and presentation skills. You know how to read a room (virtual or in person)
• Certification or training in facilitation frameworks or leadership models (e.g., Insights, Fierce
• Proven ability to design and deliver enablement or training that drives adoption across teams.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
