Learning Specialist II

📋 Description

• Act as primary onboarding contact for new hires and managers.
• Deliver onboarding trainings (virtual/in-person) within 90 days.
• Lead onboarding projects cross-functionally with Workplace, IT, etc.
• Develop and deliver learning assets (slides, eLearning, job aids).
• Administer onboarding content in Workday Learning and maintain Notion docs.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to improve onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in program management for people programs at scaling orgs.
• 2+ years of data analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Continuous improvement mindset, leveraging user feedback and insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication; facilitation across virtual/in-person.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional collaboration.
