• Facilitate and lead diverse training programs, including new hire onboarding, upskilling for

• Provide targeted coaching and feedback, develop individualized support plans, and implement action
• Design, update, and refine training materials—including presentations, quizzes, and job
• Measure training effectiveness through assessments, progress tracking, and data-driven insights to
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as education, communications, or human resources
• Minimum of three years in a training role
• Experience with delivering both virtual and in-person training
• Experience in education, communications, or HR fields; healthcare industry experience highly
• Experience creating multimedia training materials such as PowerPoint presentations and job aids
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and remote training solutions
