🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline preferred or equivalent combination of
• 6+ years of related experience, including at least 3 years developing group-paced instructional
• Experience advising subject matter experts on curriculum development procedures, document
• At least 2 of the required 3 years of Navy curriculum development experience must involve tools
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, learning objective development, instructional
• Ability to review task analysis data, evaluate learning objectives, identify training gaps, and
