Learning Tools Manager

📋 Description

• Own Airbnb's LMS: admin, config, integrations, and content architecture.
• Lead end-to-end LMS transition from requirements to rollout.
• Partner with engineering and IT on SSO, API integrations, and connectors.
• Define success metrics and governance for learning platforms.
• Ensure scalable, measurable, learner-focused training experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in learning tech, L&D systems, or related field.
• Proven LMS ownership (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning).
• Experience with vendor mgmt, RFPs, renewals, and contracts.
• Familiar with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring) and SCORM/xAPI.
• Strong data analytics and KPI-driven mindset.
• People management and cross-functional leadership experience.
