📋 Description

• Review lease file audits to identify missing or non-compliant data.
• Make corrections in Entrata (terms, charges, documents, compliance).
• Upload and organize lease documents to meet standards.
• Communicate with onsite teams, auditors, and managers to clarify discrepancies.
• Verify corrections meet internal policies.
• Track and document corrections to maintain audit readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with property management systems (leasing, resident mgmt, accounting, docs).
• Strong understanding of lease agreements, addenda, and PM docs.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to interpret audit findings and translate into corrections.
• Strong communication with onsite teams and auditors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
