• Guide prospective residents through their leasing journey
• Build strong relationships with current residents and team members
• Handle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
• Walk the property, inspect homes, and assist with property appearance
• Address resident concerns and support resident events
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and some standard hours outside work time
