Leasing and Resident Experience Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide leasing strategies to maximize occupancy
• Monitor leasing traffic, conversion rates, and leasing velocity
• Analyze market conditions, pricing, concessions, and competitor activity
• Develop and lead portfolio-wide resident retention initiatives
• Create standardized renewal campaigns and resident communication strategies
• Monitor renewal rates and identify opportunities to improve resident retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Property
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive property management, leasing, sales, customer service, or
• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Multi-site property management experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
