• Be the face of Culdesac Tempe, welcoming residents.
• Drive lead generation and guide prospects through leasing.
• Convert prospects into residents through nurturing and education.
• On-site role at our Tempe neighborhood office.
• Bridge leasing sales with neighborhood hospitality.
• Support current residents and foster community.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead generation experience; nurture prospects to convert.
• 1-2 years in the leasing/property management industry.
• Excellent customer service; able to diffuse difficult situations.
• CRM software experience; property management is a plus.
• Make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site; lift up to 25 lbs; weekend/evening hours.
