Leasing Consultant

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and online/in-person traffic
• Lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval
• Train in Property Management if interested
• Schedule will vary; up to 40 hours/week
• Office hours 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Saturdays 9–1
• Overtime paid at time and a half when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School Diploma required
• Restaurant/Hospitality or multifamily industry experience (1–2 years preferred)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong computer proficiency; Entrata or OneSite experience preferred
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn; prompt, friendly service
