Leasing Consultant

📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and in-person traffic at the Leasing Office
• Coordinate property tours and lease apartments to applicants
• Prepare leasing files for approval and renewals
• Develop leasing marketing strategies and outreach programs
• Support resident events and leasing file audits
• Assist Community Manager with market surveys and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• High School Diploma required
• 1-2 years direct multi-family leasing experience
• Experience in Chicagoland high-rise leasing preferred
• Strong admin and organization skills
• Proficient with Yardi or Onesite software
