Leasing Consultant

📋 Description

• Greet residents and prospective residents visiting or calling the Leasing Office
• Stay informed on surrounding market, amenities, and floor plans
• Schedule tours; assess rental needs; guide to model units and onsite amenities
• Perform market surveys and relay findings to the Community Manager
• Invite prospects to complete and sign lease documents; prepare lease files for review

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; HS Diploma required
• Restaurant/Hospitality or multi-family experience (1-2 yrs preferred)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; lease administration onsite; detail-oriented
• Strong computer proficiency; experience with Yardi or OneSite preferred
• Excellent attitude; eager to learn; provide prompt, friendly service
• Valid driver's license in good standing required
