Leasing Consultant

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls and traffic; coordinate property tours.
• Lease apartments and prepare leasing files for approval and renewals.
• Develop leasing marketing strategies; participate in outreach marketing.
• Schedule tours and guide prospects through leasing path.
• Perform market surveys and share findings with the Community Manager.
• Invite prospects to sign lease documents and prepare files for review.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Direct multi-family experience (1-2 years); Chicagoland high-rise leasing preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; onsite lease administration.
• Strong computer proficiency; Yardi or OneSite experience preferred.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to friendly service.
