📋 Description

• Full-time role, up to 40 hours per week.
• Pay rate: $18-$19 hourly.
• Eligible for benefits and quarterly bonuses up to 5%.
• Handle onsite leasing and traffic by calls, online, and in person.
• Opportunity to train in Property Management.
• Schedule varies; overtime at time and a half when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's preferred; High School Diploma required.
• Restaurant/Hospitality or multi-family industry exp (1-2 yrs preferred).
• Strong admin and organization; lease administration onsite; attention to detail.
• Strong computer proficiency; Yardi or Onesite experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn; friendly service.
