📋 Description

• Greet residents and prospects visiting or calling
• Stay informed on market, amenities, floor plans
• Schedule tours and guide leasing process
• Prepare lease files for review and audit
• Collaborate with Community Manager on scheduling

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's preferred; HS diploma required
• Experience in hospitality or multi-family (1-2 yrs)
• Strong admin and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Yardi or Onesite preferred
• Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license in good standing
