🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of two years leasing experience with multi-family properties is
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, additional property management software (Yardi/One Site) highly
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively, complete legal documents, sell
