• Follow AIR's proven sales process, including prospect follow-up, appointment setting, community
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly leasing goals and performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for prospects and residents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships throughout the resident journey, from initial inquiry
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives that drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Provide leasing support across AIR communities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding
• Demonstrated ability to follow a sales process and convert prospects into customers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage competing priorities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal business needs.
• Reliable transportation.
